Windows PC

1. Log off the VetlinkPRO cloud session by clicking the red log off button (important - must do this step!)
   
2. Right click on local computers desktop and go to display settings
3. Scroll down to display resolution
4. Change to another resolution.
5. Log into remote session and see if resolution better, otherwise repeat all steps and try different display setting.

Apple Mac

1. Log off the VetlinkPRO cloud session by clicking the red log off button (important - must do this step!)
   
2. Go to Apple icon in top left hand corner
3. Select About this MAC
4. Go to Displays tab
5. Click Displays Preferences
6. Change to Scaled
7. Select new resolution.
8. Log into remote session and see if resolution better, otherwise repeat all steps and try different display setting.
