Changing Screen Resolution for Remote Session

Windows PC
- Log off the VetlinkPRO cloud session by clicking the red log off button (important - must do this step!)
- Right click on local computers desktop and go to display settings
- Scroll down to display resolution
- Change to another resolution.
- Log into remote session and see if resolution better, otherwise repeat all steps and try different display setting.
Apple Mac
- Log off the VetlinkPRO cloud session by clicking the red log off button (important - must do this step!)
- Go to Apple icon in top left hand corner
- Select About this MAC
- Go to Displays tab
- Click Displays Preferences
- Change to Scaled
- Select new resolution.
- Log into remote session and see if resolution better, otherwise repeat all steps and try different display setting.
