To create a csv export using an SQL query on database follow steps below. 
To create/edit the query contact the support desk, or use one of examples in the knowledge base.

In VetlinkPro;

1. Log in with ID and Password
2. Go gotoReport -> Export/ Spreadsheets
3. Click Add New
   1. Add Name
   2. Select category
   3. Set shared to yes
   4. Set Tablelink = Query
   5. click Save
4. Double-click to open the export
   1. Click Properties
   2. Add the query to query section
   3. Click save
