Checkout the following attachment for examples of the different history templates available for use in Vetlink.

You can set your favourite/default history template in Setup so it comes up straight away when writing clinical notes.

This is setup from;

1. Options -> Setup -> History

2. Change Default Form

   1. The Default Form (Branch) will set the default form for all users that don't have History Form (Profile) set.

   2. The Default Form (Profile) will set only for users sharing the same profile you are logged in with. 
      
      

3. Save and Exit Setup
