For each room/Space and assign rates for 1st, 2nd, 3rd animal. 5. Make sure Bill all Linked Bookings is set in Options | Setup | Diary | Hotel Options.  6. For a family make sure you book them all into a family cage as linked appoitments. Eg. Book into FK1a, FK1b, FK1c 7. When billing each “space” in a Family Kennel/Cage will then pick up a different rate automatically, so each subsequent animal is billed at a reduced rate.
