LS2208 Programming Sheets

Scan all barcodes from top to bottom to program the scanner.
Enable Barcode Scanning In VetlinkPro Setup
- Go to Options -> Setup -> Miscellaneous -> Bar Coding tab
- Tick Using barcode scanner
- Complex Bar Code Scanner should be unticked
Remote Desktop Setup
On Remote desktop session the prefix when scanning a barcode may come up as \ instead of |.
You can check this by scanning a barcode in notepad on the remote session.

To change the prefix
- Log off vetlink remote session but clicking thew red log off shortcut on the desktop
- Right click the remote desktop shortcut and go to Edit (or show more options -> Edit)
- Go to Local Resources tab
- Set Apply Windows Key Combination to On this Computer
- click back to General tab and click save
- Log back into remote session, open notepad and scan a barcode and make sure it is a | for first character.
