Create Surcharge Item

1. Create new product
   
   1. Give item a name, eg Credit Card Surcharge
   2. Set class = fee
   3. Assign to a category if required
   4. Set Price to $0.

Adding Surcharge to a Bill

1. Create bill as normal
2. When surcharge required note down total of the bill / or check amount being paid by card
3. Add the surcharge item
4. Set RRP of surcharge item to total of the bill / or the card payment amount
5. Change the quantity of the surcharge to a decimal to represent the percentage (2.5% surcharge would be a 0.025 quantity)
6. Take payment as required.
