Total transactions includes refunds (eg 1 tax receipts + 1 refund = 2 bill #) , however 1 tax receipt of $100 + 1 refund ($-100) = $0
Total transactions includes account fees
Bill count includes $0 transaction
New clients include new clients who have only purchased a retail item. (So any new client)
Staff Performance
Total transactions excludes account fees
Bill count includes $0 transaction
New clients include only included if they have purchased a service.
Comparing reports
Total $ won't match as staff performance missing account fees / interest
Total $ won't match as staff performance missing account fees / interest
Total # visits won't match as staff performance deducts refunds whereas business metric adds another bill
New client won't match as they use different calculation. Staff performance only includes those when they first purchase a service.
