Unable to charge bill

If a bill does not show a Charge option, there are two things you should check first.
1. Check for account payments on the bill
Click All and make sure there are no account payments applied to the bill.
- If there is an account payment line, you will need to delete it.
- You cannot charge an account payment.

2. Check whether the client has Stop Charge enabled
Go to the client record, then open the Financial tab.
- If Stop Charge is set to Yes, it will need to be changed before the bill can be charged.
- If approved, a member of your management team will need to log in and update this setting.
