Can be an issue with running the spell check over a mapped drive. Try untick Spell As You Go from the Spell menu. In v7 you don't have the option to turn off spell check. Therefore need to turn it off in the config files. Check which config/profile the User is using. Close VetlinkPro for all user using that config otherwise it won't update.
