Access Violation Syncing Clinical Notes

When using the "Blank History" form type in the Vetlink Mobile app it may give an access violation when syncing if the "BlankWA" form is not enabled in VetlinkPro.

To enable go to Options -> Picklists -> History -> History Forms -> click plus -> Scroll down and select BlankWA -> Click OK
